Great location close to the cathedral, shops and restaurants. Bedroom and bathroom clean, bright, comfortable and well-equipped.
Dislikes:
Was a little noisy at night due to people passing by hotel on their way home.

Probably the worst night's stay we have ever experienced.The noise of the other guests from 10.30pm to 2.30am was completely unacceptable and as there were no staff on duty, no night porter, no reception to contact we weren't able get the matter sorted.The room was described as a double ensuite and advertsied with a double bed but was in fact 2 single beds zipped together which meant you had to fight against rolling towards the middle all night long.Also 2 single duvets on a double bed-no way!! Read less

Dislikes:
We asked for a late checkout, and was told 11.30 would be ok. However at 11am the next morning, our door was knocked & we were accused of lying about the checkout time and told to leave - poor service

Just the minor flaw that you have to pick up and bring back the key to a place about a 10 minute walk away. Luckily we could leave the key with a staff member who happened to be there when we left.
